    Last Thursday we had an excellent entry of 60 slides for our competition on the theme of Water. Water was shown in many situations – including floods, waterfalls, babbling brooks, water fountains, lakes, canals, rivers and the sea. Some of the photographs had a human interest as well.     On the 15th December we saw the travelling portfolio. This contained a super selection of prints representing many of the photographic clubs in the Midland Counties Photographic Federation (MCPF).
