Photographic Bio

My interest in photography goes back many years to when I was given a Kodak Instamatic as a present. I then progressed to Minolta SLRs, and used Minolta cameras for many years until that company’s demise.

I came to Leek Photographic Club as a visitor in 1985, joined as a complete novice and soon became hooked.

Over the years I have tended to concentrate on Macro, Portraits, Natural History and Sports Action, but I enjoy all types of photography. You never stop learning.

Camera equipment

My current equipment is a Nikon D700 and D7200 with a variety of lenses.
